What clients say about Chi’s Yoga …

I had a lovely baby girl 8 weeks ago. I just wanted to reach out and say a huge Thank You! I can't express how much your teaching has helped and inspired me. Through two births! This time I did it with no drugs at all...not even gas and air......I felt calm and centred through it all. I kept hearing your voice telling me to "breathe" and "this is the work!" ! I made space to breathe and move where it felt initially like there was none. You've taught me there is always a little bit more room to push :) As I go into a new chapter of my life, hopefully with more room to make Yoga practice a daily occurrence.....I just wanted to say Thank You! I don't know if you will understand how much impact your very precise, technical and persistent teaching has made. God Bless You Chi!!

Chi's Yoga is about reconnecting to your body in its most elemental way...muscle to muscle, joint to joint, ligament to ligament and vertebra to vertebra. You will begin to feel like yourself again after practicing with Chi. She seems to know exactly what you need even if you don't know what you need.

And …

I decided to try yoga with Chi as a last resort to treating a terrible upper back pain I have lived with for close to 10 years. All I can say is I wish I'd started 9 years and 11 months ago! It has done wonders as I no longer feel the constant pain, and I'm also aware of some bad habits which aggravated my condition so I'm correcting myself. I recommend this to anyone who cares to listen now. It's a great workout, and I love the personal nature of the practice even in a class of 8 people.

Lolade Ikoyi - Lagos

I read last year that someone had described Chi's Yoga as military. This was a surprise to me as I have always experienced yoga with Chi to be the opposite of what I imagine that military would be. From the first time I attended a class, I felt very 'seen' at the class. I am always amazed how quickly Chi knows our bodies and where our challenges lies. I have personally found the classes really nurturing and emotionally sustaining as well as physically enriching. For me it is a very personal and positive experience attending any yoga class with Chi. I have tried a few other yoga classes over the last two year but have always been rather disappointed. Nothing has even come close to the experience and benefits which I get from a yoga class with Chi. Yoga with Chi has enriched my life in many ways and I can't thank her enough.
